Gymkhana — Procedures & Guidelines

REGISTRATION
Registrations will be taken in the order in which the completed forms with deposits are received. The NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE $40.00 deposit holds your space in class and is deducted from your total amount due. It is not an additional fee.

To register by mail, please fill out a registration form and return it with a $40.00 check or money order, payable to Gymkhana Inc. Students who register by mail may assume acceptance unless otherwise notified.

To register in person, please complete a registration form accompanied with the $40.00 deposit. For your convenience, Gymkhana also accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
You may register over the phone by using your credit card.
Please note **PRIORITY DEADLINE is the deadline by which current students must pay tuition in full or forfiet their priority over NEW or PREVIOUS STUDENTS. You may choose one of these two options to avoid missing the re registration deadlines. Pay In Advance or Credit Card On File.

You can pay for multiple TERMS in advance and lock in your priority status for up to the entire school year. If your schedule changes and you cannot fulfil the obligations for which you have paid (After their initial term), you must notify us 14 days before the start of the next term, and we will refund your monies paid. This option does not apply to the summer term.

Credit card on file: We will SECURELY keep credit card info on file and automatically charge tuition against it each term unless we are otherwise notified by you within 14 days of the start of the next term (After their initial term). You will have to have an authorization form on file. Change requests will be accommondated as space permits.

TUITION
In addition to the tuition, there is a $35.00 yearly family administrative fee.
Paying in Full: Class fees are due on or before your child’s first day of class. This secures your child’s space at the specified time for the entire term. A $10.00 service fee will be added to any unpaid balances after the first day of class.
Monthly Payment Option: Payments will be divided into two equal monthly installments after the deposit is deducted. A $10.00 per session service fee will be added for this option. Arrangements must be made prior to the first class.

DISCOUNTS
Gymkhana offers a discount to families with two or more children enrolling for the same session (the most expensive tuition in the family pays full price, ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%. TEAM & CHEER PROGRAMS ARE EXCLUDED).

REFUNDS
All class fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you are uncertain of your child’s interest in the program we invite you to observe (from our lobby) any number of classes.

MAKE-UP POLICY
Missed classes can be made up by attending a regularly scheduled class of the same level. You must call the day you will be coming in for the make up to reserve a spot. Make-up spaces are filled on a first come first served basis on that day. All make ups must be completed within the registered session and may not be credited to succeeding sessions or transferred to another child. NO MONETARY REIMBURSEMENTS ARE APPLICABLE FOR CLASSES NOT MADE UP.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any class, and a refund of tuition is guaranteed.
A minimum enrollment is required.
